Our rugs are made with 100% Acrylic yarn. Most rugs are backed with a combination of felt and non-slip padding or entirely backed with non-slip padding.

With a hand-tufted rug, some shedding is normal and expected in the beginning stages. With fibers still settling and being freshly trimmed, here are some tips to keep your rug looking good and obtain the longest life out of it.

• Avoid prolonged direct sun exposure
• Avoid damp/moist places
• Avoid close proximity to open flames
• Avoid harsh chemicals
• Use only in indoor/enclosed settings
• Do not soak in liquid

Sweep, lent roll or vacuum regularly (once a week depending on traffic area; do not vacuum on strongest setting)

If threads come out, do not pull, gently cut with scissors.

In case of a spill or something which can stain the rug, blot liquid with a paper towel or clean absorbent cloth, do not rub or scrub.
